As with any home, there are running costs involved. The main ones are annual site fees, local rates, gas, electricity and insurance.

Most of these rates vary based on the park location you choose as well as the home size and so on. We aim to keep your annual costs as low as possible and you can get detailed information for the park you choose to buy in from our local sales managers.

All our holiday homes* are open all year round. So you are free to visit any day you like and stay for however long you like. We understand that it is so important for you to be able to enjoy your home for as many days you like, when you like!

The cost of a holiday home varies depending on the park you choose, as well as the model and size of the holiday home. We have a wide selection of static caravans and lodges to suit all requirements and budgets, both new and used.

We understand that you may like to offset some costs of your holiday home or even earn some extra income. When you buy your holiday home with Wyldecrest Parks, we give you the opportunity to sublet your home.

Of course, we understand that your family and friends would like to visit your beautiful holiday home. They are more than welcome to visit and enjoy the location and the lovely surroundings.

It is however expected that they will follow park rules and will also be visiting and not ‘living’.

Buying a home is a substantial investment and we understand that fully well. Our Sales Advisor are able to guide you through the process and help you understand the details.

We work with a company called Best Park Homes Finance who an independent UK finance company providing financial assistance for those wishing to purchase a park home or lodge as a holiday home on a Wyldecrest Parks. Finance is available subject to a minimum deposit and some other conditions.
